What approaches are you taking to deal with it? Are there other strategies you haven't tried yet? Be careful not to end up in a rut. Past a certain point in life it becomes very difficult to change your ways of doing things, so take some time now to check the road maps you are using to get you through life and see if some amendments may be necessary. The effort, whether or not you can see it now, is worthwhile.
